Ingredients
- 2 qt. Cooked quinoa
- 1 qt. fresh blueberries
- 1 qt. fresh corn kernels, grilled
- 80 each Bibb lettuce leaves
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Country Honey Mustard Dressing
- 2 qt. crispy onion straws
Method
- For each serving: Combine 1/2 cup quinoa and 1/4 cup each blueberries and corn.
- Arrange 5 lettuce leaves on serving plate.
- Top with quinoa mixture, 2 Tbsp.
- dressing and 1/2 cup onion straws.
