Ingredients
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 c. warm water
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 c. liquid shortening
Method
- Stir all ingredients together and spoon into a Pam-sprayed muffin tin.
- Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.
