Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (may substitute 3/4 tsp. garlic powder and 3/4 tsp. onion powder)
- dash or two hot sauce (if desired)
Method
- Heat oven to 425°.
- Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, milk, egg and seasonings thoroughly.
- Shape by tablespoon in 1 1/2-inch balls.
- Place on ungreased pan.
- Bake until done, about 10 minutes.
- Now add the meatballs to your favorite recipe.
