Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bacon fried and crumbled into bit-size pieces.
- 1 lb lamb (or pork) - cut into bite-size pieces and fry in the bacon grease
- 5 potatoes boiled then mashed
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves - crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Method
- Fry bacon and lamb and set aside.
- Prepare potatoes.
- Heat onions and garlic until clear.
- Combine all ingredients and place in pie crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
