Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
- 3 eggs
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 4 slices crispy, fried bacon, chopped
- 1 onion
- 1 pie crust
- Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
Method
- Fry onion in bacon drippings.
- Put onion and chopped bacon bits on baked pie crust.
