Ingredients
- 1 regular sized can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
- 1 medium size (9 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional, I used this plus some grated rind)
- 8-inch ready mixed graham cracker crust
Method
- Thaw lemonade mix, add directly to condensed milk.
- Using mixer, beat until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and rind, if desired. Pour into pie crust.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
