Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccoli, chopped
- 6 oz. can olives
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 oz. jar sliced pimentos
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dill
- 1 minced garlic clove
Method
- Mix vinegar, water, oil, sugar, dill and garlic; pour over broccoli.
- Cover and chill at least 12 hours.
- Before serving, toss broccoli with olives and pimentos.
