Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. frozen potato puffs

Method

  • Combine ground beef, onion and green pepper in skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring until meat is broken up and browned and the onion and pepper are tender.
  • Stir in soup (undiluted), catsup and water.
  • Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Top with frozen potato puffs and bake in a 375° oven (uncovered) until puffs are golden brown, about 35 minutes.
