Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 pkg. frozen potato puffs
Method
- Combine ground beef, onion and green pepper in skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring until meat is broken up and browned and the onion and pepper are tender.
- Stir in soup (undiluted), catsup and water.
- Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Top with frozen potato puffs and bake in a 375° oven (uncovered) until puffs are golden brown, about 35 minutes.
