Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked, cubed turkey
- 2 tsp. grated onions
- 2 c. cubed celery
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. toasted or smoked almonds
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips.
- Toss lightly.
- Pile lightly into large dish or casserole.
- Sprinkle with cheese, then chips.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Serves 4.
