Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 cans French fried onions (2.8 oz. each)
- 2/3 c. saltines
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Method
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the soup mix; mix well. Stir in spinach and onions. Transfer to a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over spinach mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
