Ingredients
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 14 cup flour
- 1 cup ground almonds (almond meal)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 cup sun-dried tomato
- 14 cup dried basil
- 14 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons artichoke pesto
Method
- 400 degree oven.
- mix all ingredients.
- spoon into muffin tin lined w/baking cups.
- bake for 30 minutes.
