Ingredients

  • 9 cups Chex cereal (any variety)
  • 1 package (6oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Method

  • Measure out cereal and place in a large bowl, set aside. In a sauce pan, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine. Remove from heat when melted and add in the vanilla. Pour mixture over the cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Using a large plastic bag, place cereal and powdered sugar together and shake until coated. Remove and repeat process until all of the cereal is coated with powdered sugar.
