Ingredients

  • 6 c. water
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 5 to 6 ripe bananas

Method

  • In a large container, combine slightly thawed juices and pineapple juice.
  • Mash bananas in blender with water and sugar, and as blended, add to juices.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Freeze this base in quart containers.
  • Thaw base a couple hours before needed and add 2 quarts cold ginger ale to 1 quart base.
  • Each quart mixed with ginger ale serves 20 punch sized servings generously.
  • Yields approximately 5 quarts.
