Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
  • 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg. strawberry glaze mix
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries

Method

  • Break cake into small pieces and place in large bowl.
  • Mix whipped topping, sour cream, evaporated milk and sugar until smooth.
  • Fold into cake.
  • Put cake mixture into large baking dish. Mix strawberries with glaze.
  • Put over cake mixture.
  • Chill several hours.
  • Serves 12 to 15.
