Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 4 bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
- pecans and coconut to taste
- 1 can each: blueberry and strawberry pie filling
- 1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip
- 4 (4 serving) boxes instant vanilla pudding
Method
- Bake cake according to directions.
- Cool and crumble 1/2 in punch bowl.
- Top with 1 can pie filling and 1/2 each of pudding, pineapple, bananas and Cool Whip.
- Repeat, using rest of everything.
- Garnish with chopped pecans and coconut.
