Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Canned Pumpkin (not Pie Filling)
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk Form Carton
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Stevia (or Sub 2 Tablespoons Sugar For The 1/2 Teaspoon Stevia)
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice
Method
- In a medium sized saucepan add all your ingredients and set over low heat. Whisk until thick and bubbly. Pour into a mug and serve with whipped cream and or marshmallows.
