Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken
  • Onion
  • green chilli
  • ginger paste
  • garlic paste
  • soy sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • tomato sauce
  • corn flour
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • chilli sauce (sriracha)

Method

  • Add little salt to flour. Add water and make a paste(or use water from chicken). Coat chicken with flour
  • Fry it in oil till golden brown in color
  • In a nonstick pan, add little oil and fry onion. Add 1 1/2 tap of Ginger and garlic paste. Add green chilli.
  • Add chicken (fried earlier) . Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, worchester sauce and tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add curry leaves if needed.
