Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) Can of Pumpkin
  • 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans (Optional)
  • 12 Pecan halves (Also Optional)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp. of Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of Canola Oil
  • 4 Cups of Sifted Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
  • 2 tsp. of Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp. of Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp. of Salt
  • 2 Cups of Chopped Nuts
  • 2 Cups of Mashed Bananas
  • 2 Cups of Crushed Pineapple

Method

  • Alternate adding mixtures from bowls #2 and #3 to the first bowl.
  • Bake at 350 degrees in greased and floured pans (about 35 minutes for 6 small pans or 55 minutes for 2 large pans).
  • Do toothpick test to see if done.
