Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. strained pumpkin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Method
- Mix well and bake for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean at 400°.
