Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 c. (or little more) sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix and put in a 9 x 12-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
- Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix over pumpkin mix.
- Sprinkle 2 cups walnut meats over cake mix.
- Drizzle 3/4 cup melted butter or oleo over nuts.
- Bake 1 hour at 325° to 350°.
- When cool, top with whipped topping.
