Ingredients
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. cloves, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Blend first 6 ingredients and beat well.
- Put this mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle cake mix and nuts evenly over top.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
- Serve with Cool Whip.
