Ingredients

  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. cloves, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Blend first 6 ingredients and beat well.
  • Put this mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Sprinkle cake mix and nuts evenly over top.
  • Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
  • Serve with Cool Whip.
