Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 16 oz. can pumpkin
- 1 c. sugar
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
Method
- Mix beaten eggs, pumpkin, sugar, milk and spices until smooth. Pour in a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over top. Sprinkle chopped nuts over cake mix. Drizzle melted butter on top. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. If using a metal pan, bake 10 minutes longer. Bake until tests done. Let cool and store in refrigerator until serving time. Serve with whipped topping.
