Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix, take out 1 c. cake mix and set aside
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2/3 c. canned milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 stick soft margarine
  • 1 c. reserved cake mix

Method

  • Crumble together and spread over pumpkin mix.
  • Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate.
  • Cut into squares. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
