Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni

Method

  • Combine cheeses in small bowl.
  • Halve each biscuit, forming 20 thin biscuits.
  • Shape each biscuit half in 2 1/4 x 4-inch oval. Place a slice of pepperoni on dough and top with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.
  • Moisten edges and fold dough over to enclose filling.
  • Pinch to seal.
  • Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
