Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
Method
- Combine cheeses in small bowl.
- Halve each biscuit, forming 20 thin biscuits.
- Shape each biscuit half in 2 1/4 x 4-inch oval. Place a slice of pepperoni on dough and top with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.
- Moisten edges and fold dough over to enclose filling.
- Pinch to seal.
- Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
