Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Pumpkin
  • 1 can (12 Oz. Can) Evaporated Milk
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 box (18 Oz. Size) Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)
  • 1/2 cups Melted Butter
  • Whipped Topping, To Serve

Method

  • 1. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  • 2. Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan.
  • 3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture. Do not worry about breaking up large clumps. Top with nuts and drizzle butter over top
  • 4. Bake covered for 50-55 minutes at 350°F till it is golden brown.
  • 5. Cool and serve with whipped topping.
