Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Pumpkin
- 1 can (12 Oz. Can) Evaporated Milk
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 box (18 Oz. Size) Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans (or Walnuts)
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter
- Whipped Topping, To Serve
Method
- 1. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- 2. Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan.
- 3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture. Do not worry about breaking up large clumps. Top with nuts and drizzle butter over top
- 4. Bake covered for 50-55 minutes at 350°F till it is golden brown.
- 5. Cool and serve with whipped topping.
