Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 12 cup oil (I use light olive oil)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 cups flour
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 12 cup walnuts, chopped

Method

  • Combine first 10 ingredients until blended.
  • Add flour mix well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Spoon into well oiled 9"x5"x3" loaf pan.

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 65 -75 minutes or until done when tested.

  • Bake mini loafs 45 minutes.
