Ingredients
- 16 oz. pound cake mix
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 14 oz. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 16 oz. can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Method
- In large bowl combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly.
- Press into bottom of 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
- In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk then remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice.
- Mix well. Pour over crust.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Chill.
