Ingredients

  • 16 oz. pound cake mix
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 14 oz. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 oz. can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Method

  • In large bowl combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly.
  • Press into bottom of 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
  • In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk then remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice.
  • Mix well. Pour over crust.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Chill.
