Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) pound cake mix
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl on low speed mix cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press into bottom of 15 x 10-inch pan.
- In another bowl mix cream cheese, milk, 2 eggs, pumpkin, spice and salt.
- Pour over crust. Sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
- Chill and cut.
