Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) pound cake mix
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl on low speed mix cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press into bottom of 15 x 10-inch pan.
  • In another bowl mix cream cheese, milk, 2 eggs, pumpkin, spice and salt.
  • Pour over crust. Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Chill and cut.
