- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cloves
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine crumbs and margarine.
- Press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
- Bake 5 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, spices and salt.
- Mix at medium speed until blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Mix well after each.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Loosen cake from rim of pan.
- Cool.
- Remove rim of pan.
- Chill several hours.
