Ingredients
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 t. prepared mustard
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. salad dressing
Method
- Bring vinegar, water, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Beat eggs and fold into mixture. Cook until thick, like pudding. While still hot, stir in salad dressing. Can use with hot or cold potatoes.
