Ingredients
- 12 oz. lean ground beef (Sirloin - 3/4 pound = 12 oz.)
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 c. canned crushed tomatoes
- 3 oz. of uncooked broad noodles (3 oz. = 1 1/2 c.)
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp. each of salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded low fat cheddar cheese
