Ingredients
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 21 oz. can peach pie filling
Method
- Pour margarine into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Put all dry ingredients into a big bowl and mix.
- Pour in milk and whisk to a thick batter.
- Pour onto the margarine.
- Put pie filling on top (just scoop on top; don't stir).
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
