Ingredients
- 1/2 kg prawns, shelled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 broccoli
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
- In a pan, melt butter and stir in prawns.
- Cook until prawns are almost red
- Add broccoli, carrot, soy sauce, water, pepper and sugar
- Cover and cook until veggies are nice and crispy.
