Ingredients
- graham crackers
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 stick butter (no substitutes)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Grease cookie sheet; line with whole graham crackers until full.
- Preheat oven to 350°, then in saucepan, melt margarine and butter.
- Add sugar and let dissolve, then cook 10 minutes, stirring all the time (it will burn if you don't).
- Pour over grahams and add chopped nuts.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then cool. Break into pieces.
- Store.
- Keeps well.
