Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/3 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 stick oleo
- grated Cheddar
- salt and pepper
Method
- Thaw potatoes and place in buttered Pyrex baking dish.
- Heat rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
