Ingredients
- 1/4 c. diced bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. water
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Place bacon, onion and celery in the bottom of a large boiler and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle in flour and cook 3 minutes.
- Add water, chicken broth and potatoes.
- Cook until potatoes are soft.
