Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Add enough water to pan to cover potatoes.
- Add butter and onion.
- Cook until tender.
- Add milk.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Take 2 more tablespoons of butter and mix with enough flour to make crumbs the size of peas.
- Add to boiling soup.
