Ingredients
- 1 (46 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced carrot
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. white corn
Method
- Put chicken broth, celery, carrots, onions, potatoes and thyme in pot with just enough water to cover.
- When tender, add milk and white corn.
- Cook 10 more minutes.
- Put through masher.
- If needs thickening, add small amount of flour.
- Takes about 1 hour.
