Ingredients
- 10 large potatoes
- 1 pkg. bacon
- 2 Tbsp. dill pickle juice
- 2 large dill pickles, chopped
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Method
- Peel potatoes, cut into chunks, boil until tender and let cool.
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Cut into small chunks.
- Add pickle juice, chopped pickles, eggs, cut eggs into small chunks.
- Add onion, mayonnaise and mustard.
