Ingredients
- 20 lb. potatoes
- 4 medium onions, grated
- 4 green peppers, cut fine
- 1 large jar chopped pimento
- 2 bunches celery, cut in small pieces
- 2 c. parsley
- 2 large dill pickles
- 2 qt. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook the potatoes in a steamer, if possible.
- When tender, cut into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients and add mayonnaise.
- This can be flavored to taste with mustard, pickle juice, pepper and any other flavorings you wish.
