Ingredients

  • 4 c. sliced potatoes
  • 1 lb. browned hamburger, drained
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar

Method

  • Place sliced potatoes (parboiled and drained) in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Place hamburger over potatoes.
  • Mix milk and cheese soup together (heat a little to mix), then pour over the hamburger.
  • Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over the soup.
  • Bake for 45 minutes in covered pan.
  • Uncover and sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and slices of Mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake until cheese melts.
