Ingredients

  • 1 quart chicken stock
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 large potatoes, cubed
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 34 teaspoon curry powder
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except milk, cornstarch, salt and pepper in slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
  • Turn heat to high and cook 10 minutes; stir in combined milk and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
