Ingredients
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 3 large potatoes, cubed
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 34 teaspoon curry powder
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- salt and pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients except milk, cornstarch, salt and pepper in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Turn heat to high and cook 10 minutes; stir in combined milk and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
