Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. crushed potato chips or corn flakes
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg yolks, then flour.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop cookies on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
- Cook until light brown at 350°.
