Ingredients
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 3/4 tsp. Accent
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt to taste
Method
- Beat eggs and potatoes until frothy.
- Stir in cheese and seasoning.
- Shape as desired.
- Dip in bread crumbs.
- Fry in shallow, hot fat until brown.
