Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 1 grated cheese
  • 1 vegetable oil
  • 1 salt
  • 1 (optional) ranch sauce

Method

  • Peel potatoes and clean.
  • Cut ghem french cries style, but thiner
  • Fry until golden brown and reserve.
  • Put kitchen paper to reduce the amount of oil.
  • Pre-heat the oven at 100F celsius (210F)
  • Cut the bacon in dices.
  • Fry it for about 2-3 minutes.
  • I used smoked bacon because it gives an interesting flavour.
  • Mix potatoes, bacon and cheese ( You can use any type of grated cheese, I used houda) in a recipient that can go to the oven.
  • Make sure the cheese covers the whole mix.
  • Put in the oven until the cheese melts.
  • If you use the ranch sauce, mix it with everything before going into the oven.
