Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes (thaw potatoes)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top with 1 cup bread crumbs.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup butter or oleo over crumbs.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
