Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 medium chopped onion
Method
- Mix well.
- Pour into buttered casserole dish.
- Cover with crushed cornflakes.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
