Ingredients
- 32 oz. frozen Southern style hash browns
- salt and pepper
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 8 oz. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Method
- Spread hash browns in casserole dish.
- Salt and pepper to your desire.
- Mix chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, green onions and butter.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325°.
