Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag hash brown potatoes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 4 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Method
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated 300° oven for 45 minutes.
