Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Spread potatoes on bottom of greased pan.
- Next sprinkle onions.
- Mix rest of ingredients and place on top of potatoes. Shortly before baking, make topping of 2 cups crushed cornflakes. Sprinkle on top and drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.
- Cook at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes in an 11 x 13-inch greased pan.
- Better if prepared ahead of time.
